-Federally or state-illegal content (Tier 2 – $1,000 fine)
-SHAFT content (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco) without proper compliance (Tier 3 – $500 fine)

Violations will be reported to the carriers and may result in fines, blocked messages, or permanent suspension from carrier networks. You are responsible for the content of all responses or user-generated input in interactive campaigns.
